    Loved this profile, especially after the countless painfully dreadful BX classes that I’ve attended recently, all which have been cardio + core based with no KB/DB strength movement. Workout consisted of 4, 7min stations with a buy-in cardio goal, followed by an AMRAP in remaining time of 2 other moves: 1. Run 500m / 20 jump switch lunges (I subbed in DB Reverse lunges) / 20 Plank shoulder taps 2. Row 600m / 20 KB swings / 20 SDLHP 3. 40 DB lateral box step ups over the top / 20 DB push press / 20 DB DL 4. 60 bike cals / 20 burpees / 20 air squats (I subbed in racked Squats) Overall a great mix of lower + upper body work with a solid strength component + ample cardio.     Strength Development Class (Lower)

    Sam gave great form corrections and was very helpful. The small group format was great! I was able to work at my own pace but had support when I needed it. Walking in this place is intimidating and full of regulars who know the ropes. But once you get started everyone was welcoming and kind. The other class happening on the other side of the floor is an intense boot camp style and there is a lot of shouting. Still it was a perfect intro to weights and good for beginners. I’m definitely coming back!

    Perfect for a beginner fitness boxer. Niki is super clear and welcoming. Each exercise is explained well. She is teaching to the camera but will correct you verbally which is helpful. It’s more correction than I’ve gotten in in person classes only. Studio is beautiful.

    Amazing class. Its performance based training so there is a lot of emphasis on form and technique. Its not a class where you over exert yourself with no regard to form, which I like a lot because I want to be able to workout the next day. Got a lot of personalized attention and advice.     I was really unsure of what to expect from this place but was totally impressed! Ended up being the only person so it was like a personal training session (always awesome). Anthony was so friendly, really attentive to form. The workout was only 30 minutes but thats all you need - I was drenched in sweat by the end. Will definitely be back.     Fun as always- even better now that it's getting warmer! We did lots of push-ups, squats and lunges right near the fountain in Bryant Park. Today we mixed it up by working in teams of 4, then 8, then the whole group and then did an enduro-challenge where we half of us did 75 bicycles while the other held plank (we split them up by alternating twice :)).
