    Barre 50

No notes. This class was truly fantastic. One often overlooked quality of a truly great fitness instructor is musicality, which Kathleen has - she did all of her transitions to the 8/32 count effortlessly rather than annoying countdowns from 10 with zero relation to the music. For dancers or people with music/fitness experience this kind of thing gets so annoying. Her energy was down to earth and relaxed too - I’m hoping to see similar vibes from the other barre instructors at this studio.

RUN X LIFT Full Body - Upper Focus (50 mins)

Great class as always-- I personally don't like 3 rounds- makes the class feel longer. also would rec the teacher not count down every 5 seconds-- also makes the time go by slow. She had great energy though

YS - Yoga Sculpt: 45 Minutes

I really enjoyed Graces 45 min sculpt classes. I like that she targets all areas of the body in 45 minutes instead of focusing on only one area like some of the other instructors. I would highly recommend her classes to people who are looking for a quick full body workout.

Amanda is such a great coach! I brought my mom to class with me since she was visiting from out of town town, and Amanda did an awesome job at explaining all of the exercises, checking form, and being the ultimate hype trainer. I’ve taken classes from other coaches here and loved it, but I’ll probably try to take more from Amanda in the future!

    Lower Body Circuit Training

I've been coming to Phorm regularly for a little over a year now, and it's become a necessary part of my weekly workout routine. I crave their classes anytime it's been a while! I feel so much stronger after becoming a regular at Phorm. Every single class is an amazing workout and leaves you with that super accomplished, sweet, deliciously sore feeling. Every single one of the instructors is super knowledgeable, gives personalized attention to detail, and is cool and friendly (and super ripped)! They push you when you need it, encourage you to level up when it's time, and offer/encourage corrections and modifications when needed. I also love that it's a small group class format and women-owned! I seriously love this place.
