    Loved the class I took! it’s was small and felt personal. I had never taken a pilates class before (besides at home videos from youtube) so I was unsure how to do or work anything, but the instructor was great and helpful and helped me get my body to where it needed to be to do the class. I would recommend everyone to try it out!!

    This is where the old soul cycle used to be and under completely new ownership!! It’s AMAZING!! Completely kicked my butt that I haven’t had in a minute. Everyone is extremely kind which is sometimes not always the case. Big plus to me is that their music is explicit since that is all I listen to in the gym but be advised if that’s not your thing :)

    Interval Training

    I am so glad that I decided to try out this place! ! I signed up for the 5AM interval training class. This class was a combination of cardio and beginner weight training all at a fast pace with short breaks. The instructor, Daidre, was so kind and encouraging. The atmosphere was low pressure, while still being very motivating. This was a great way to start my morning, without leaving me completely exhausted before work. I will definitely be coming back here.
