see all reviewsThe instructor was so lovely and supportive, the class was really nice for a first timer. She was very clear in her explanations and offered hands on support where needed. For those wondering what the class consists of it is basically Yoga but with a hammock to assist your stretches and holding those poses focusing not only on your muscles but also on your balance and joints. There is a point where you are upside down and for that though in the description I would recommend not eating or drinking too close to the class. The class is really amazing and ends with a complete relaxation exercise. Would highly recommend!
