Because the calibre of yoga teachers is high , but the classes are always quiet and , imagine it’s because practicing yoga whilst listening to microphoned lagree class next door doesn’t appeal.

see all reviewsI was lucky enough to have Aga 1 on 1 so I got the full experience. She’s passionate and easy to follow. I really enjoyed it and would say the tension release I feel is similar to when I use the calm app for ‘deep sleep release’ but obviously a bit deeper into the muscles 😜.

see all reviewsI really love this studio. The staff are lovely, I enjoy the concept and the variety of exercises it brings. If you are new to FS8, bear in mind they don’t categorise their classes by level, but by concept. The flex class that I did today was super fun and challenging, but can see if a beginner hadn’t known about the concept , they might find it a bit too difficult. The flex concept is strength and includes using a lot of weights through the class. More beginner concepts are “XFlow” which is more your standard reformer class, and “original” which blends classic reformer and mat together. If you’re unsure which concept to book on, give the staff a call as they are really responsive and helpful. I’m not 100% versed on all their concepts, but they have a cardio intense one, a core focused one and a stretch one. It’s very diverse and great for those wanting to train a few times a week, keeping your workouts balanced and versatile.
