He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. I almost gave up in one of my poses but because of what he said, I kept on in my pose and overcame the difficulty. Not every instructor can give us that motivation!

She is a great instructor and always takes the time to correct me and help me get the right technique (something extremely important to me given my history with back issues). I love the exercises, which she switches up each class to keep it interesting. She is also very friendly and welcoming and makes class a pleasure to attend. Highly recommend!
