    Love his sessions always. He’s a unique instructor, with the knowledge of the body that’s better than most. He also instructs clearly how to breathe with every movement. He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. I almost gave up in one of my poses but because of what he said, I kept on in my pose and overcame the difficulty. Not every instructor can give us that motivation!

    Kettlebell Strength

    I started taking Tee's kettlebell foundations classes and they are amazing! She is a great instructor and always takes the time to correct me and help me get the right technique (something extremely important to me given my history with back issues). I love the exercises, which she switches up each class to keep it interesting. She is also very friendly and welcoming and makes class a pleasure to attend. Highly recommend!
