    Really enjoyed this class! It was tough without being impossible for a first timer. I would say I’m beginner to low intermediate fitness level depending on the activity and I found this the perfect mix or cardio and strength. Simple exercises and enough reps to get the speed. The instructor was amazing, I think her name was Mackenzie. She was so welcoming and showed me around the whole space before class, and made me really comfortable. Her instructions were clear and simple.
