Restorative + Yoga Nidra
see all reviewsWow what a spiritual journey. This class is WONDERFUL and was exactly what I was looking for. The whole class was pure zen yumminess. That being said, you have to know that this is not your typical breath to movement/down dog yoga class. We had four blankets, blocks, pillows, straps for props. We spent the first 15 minutes meditating with breath, the next 45 minutes holding about 7/8 poses for 5-7 minutes each, and the last 15 minutes was a magical story reading in savasana. Highly recommend a little 🍃🍃🍃 before this one.

The studio itself was incredibly relaxing and spacious, providing plenty of room to practice and complete classes without feeling cramped. Overall, I highly recommend this yoga studio to anyone looking for an excellent and relaxing yoga experience.

see all reviewsI hadn’t been climbing since I was a kid so I was pretty intimidated going in but I had so much fun! The staff are really laid back and approachable and they really cater to climbers of any level. Spent $5 on shoe rental plus an extra $3 for the harness, you can use the bouldering area without the harness but I liked climbing the bigger walls. Will be back!

see all reviewsI feel incredible after Zoes class! Zoe utilizes every inch of your yoga mat with her creative mandala-inspired flow. The class focused on slow and controlled movement with deep breathing. It was honestly just as challenging as a fast paced class (but with considerably less sweat). The studio itself is beautifully decorated, calming, and stocked with any prop your heart could desire. The sandbags they supply are SUCH a treat during shavasana. Every detail was thought of, there was even a space set up for me with props before I arrived and Zoe made it a point to memorize my name. Even though the studio is QUITE a drive from my house, Ill definitely be back!

see all reviewsVery nice! Brian, the instructor was super pleasant. The Viking music is definitely a fun twist. Brian definitely makes these classes his own. And the space itself is on point. I did the 6:00 am class so the sun wasn’t up yet. The black walls have some twinkle lights at the top and the room gets brighter as the sun rises. There are also a lot of plants, which make the space feel very natural. Concrete floors. Overall just a really stellar vibe. Sort of industrial cozy. I wish more yoga studios cared more about the yoga room itself. It sets the tone.
