I’ve been doing Pilates 1-4 times a week for the last few months and felt pretty confident trying a new studio, but quickly discovered my skill level still needs improvement. Even with me having to modify some skill sets, I was able to keep up for the most part and felt beyond proud when I completed the class in one piece :) I’d highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to challenge themselves.
