It was a great combination of what felt like traditional step aerobics, but on the trampoline, along with strength exercises using weights with lunges, squats and arm work. A great cardio/tone full body workout that will leave you very sweaty and perfectly sore the next day. Will be back to try more!

As a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction—he was supportive, knowledgeable, and kept me motivated the whole time. His calm and encouraging approach made me feel confident and excited to keep going. Highly recommend if you’re looking to start climbing with a great instructor, especially if you want to build a solid foundation in climbing!
