    First go at The Limit, nice sizable, wall to wall mirrored studio space w high ceilings. Tess provided skillful coaching and helpful encouragement throughout challenging but mostly accessible back to back exercises. Although only guy in class didn’t feel too awkward, except initially thought this was a sorta “active rest” Saturday class, ha! Yea:no more like rock your body to The Limit fr lolz. Effective and efficient if somewhat repetitive sequences, nonetheless, fun and engaging. A boon to fitness morale.

    Courtney’s always so welcoming. I started coming to her class because I am not too comfortable with using barbells alone at the gym and I already feel stronger with her guidance. I look forward to Thursdays and this class is great for beginners! No judgement zone at all and you will definitely become stronger with each class.
