Tess provided skillful coaching and helpful encouragement throughout challenging but mostly accessible back to back exercises. Although only guy in class didn’t feel too awkward, except initially thought this was a sorta “active rest” Saturday class, ha! Yea:no more like rock your body to The Limit fr lolz. Effective and efficient if somewhat repetitive sequences, nonetheless, fun and engaging. A boon to fitness morale.

I look forward to Thursdays and this class is great for beginners! No judgement zone at all and you will definitely become stronger with each class.
