    Honestly this is my favorite class at Bodyrok! It’s the only megaformer class I can find in NYC to incorporate the jump board, which I really takes the workout up a notch. My only gripe with BodyRok in general is that there aren’t as many instructions on form, but Kristen was an exception. Having had rotator cuff surgery and tears in both shoulders, I really appreciated the options offered to modify each position to what works best for my body. Great class!

    This was my first class with Alyssa and she was great! I thought she explained all the moves well and was super encouraging. I also love how nice and new this studio is, will definitely be coming back. The moves they chose for this set was great too. Nothing overly complicated so the focus was just on getting the moves right.

    The instructor was great, offered instructions and adjustments which were very helpful for someone new to using this kind of machine. If you are new, I would definitely recommend getting to the class early to have them show you how to use the machine before class. The class was definitely difficult - I’d love to try it again now that I understand the machine/flow of class more. #classpassinsider

Separately: An etiquette note to everyone who comes to SLT when sick: please cover your mouth when you’re coughing. It was super unpleasant to be next to someone who lacked the manners to consider her neighbors and the entire room.
