see all reviewsI think I first gave this a try a few months ago and remember it being hard for me to keep up. This time around while I did have to take breaks I felt like I kept up a little better than the first time. Which makes me feel like I’ve been getting stronger. I did like that we were told it’s okay not to get it right, keep up and to take breaks as needed so overall I felt comfortable in this class and will probably return again at some point to see if I can make even more progress.

She explained the transitions and how to do everything really well. It was also a very small class, which made it nice and personal.

I also appreciate that she asked if we had any injuries as I do have a right knee injury and the exercises can be very challenging for me versus someone without. I appreciated the hands on adjustment as well as the demonstration provided. I do think it’s a bit hard for me to compute all the exercises and how fast we’re going as this is all very new to me. But a good first experience!
