I’m sore after every class- upper and lower body. and my target heart rate monitor shows me I’m getting a great cardio workout. And floor exercises vary from week to week. I would say it’s best to have a bit of experience with strength training as they don’t really go into detail on all the form cues, but overall I really enjoyed the class. I also lost something in the studio, but the front desk was super proactive and contacted me when they found it. Highly recommend!

However the bikes leave a bit to be desired. They feel cheap and the resistance knob is very sensitive. That said- it was a great workout and the instructor was awesome and very motivating, I’ll be back!

Overall, the space is beautiful and very spacious. There were times where I was a bit confused and had to look around the room to figure out what to do but overall the aesthetic was great along with the music. I will definitely be returning!!!
