Brian obviously use to or is still a boxer. I’ve taken classes with about 5 instructors at Rumble and his classes are the most organic boxing workout. I’m sore after every class- upper and lower body. and my target heart rate monitor shows me I’m getting a great cardio workout. And floor exercises vary from week to week. For those looking for a tough boxing based workout- Brian is your guy

Ryan kicked my ass! Hardest rumble class I’ve been to but it was great. The only complaint is that it would be helpful if Ryan took a little more time going over the floor exercises before we start them. Too quick of a transition sometimes!

Maybe my new favorite instructor! Marvin was so approachable and not intimidating. He made the class feel comfortable and taken care of. Even though many people are experienced or come to the class regularly, he was still mindful that not everyone is at the same level and gave constant tips on form to make sure we were getting the best possible workout.

Try it!!!! Great facilities (with complementary towels/showers/etc) and Amber was a great coach. The workout itself was hard as expected but very scalable. I would say it’s best to have a bit of experience with strength training as they don’t really go into detail on all the form cues, but overall I really enjoyed the class. Pilates Reformer Class

This was a very good class. There were 11 students in the reformer class and the instructor Jennifer was still able to keep an eye on all of us. She was very kind to newcomers. A good challenging class.

    CONDITIONING: TOTAL BODY (INTERMEDIATE)

This was my first time taking Natalia’s class and I really thought it was amazing! Yes hard, yes challenging, but you feel so motivated and part of a team that it becomes like a religious experience. She really lives up to all her accolades and her reputation as one of the best fitness instructors in NYC
