    This review is long overdue! Mark is my favorite teacher at Physique 57. I’ve been following him uptown and downtown for the last three months. I love his energy, his smile, his humor, and his playlist - it’s the best!! What I love is that he makes sure the movements align perfectly with the beat of the music, something I’ve noticed other teachers don’t often do. So it makes this intense workout more fun and pleasurable. My body has transformed, and I feel like a queen! So grateful for Mark and his class 🥰

    I really enjoyed this class! The studio has great energy and lots of amenities. Erin was super upbeat and easy to follow, fun playlist! It was a little difficult to see her from where my mat was and the studio itself was hard to find in the building- I’d recommend arriving early if this is your first time to make sure you have enough time to locate the suite and get situated.
