    A barre class anyone could benefit from especially those with an appreciation of ballet. Mateo’s patience, skillful coaching and attentive instruction is a boon to morale. This run through felt more true to source than other barre classes have taken and also enjoyed (pure barre, barre3, physique 57, Exhale etc) all were great workouts however for this Mateo with yearslong dance background provided a wonderful intro to ballet its history and the underlying sort of mind/body/soul elements that can make for such a deeply expressive and engaging experience for the dancer and audience alike.
