It truly had everything—mobility, strength, flexibility, and a meaningful spiritual element that made the practice feel complete. The playlist was also fantastic and complemented the flow perfectly. I left feeling stronger, more grounded, and energized. Highly recommend!

Extra points to have a wonderful surprise of the owner's sweet cat being in the space! While this was my first class there, I've taken classes with Daniella before at other studios; she is such a joy! Her flow and life outlook very much aligns with mine, so I love having any opportunity to take her classes!

I trust him completely and so enjoying being in such a beautiful studio. I really think this is the best spot in the city.
