see all reviewsFirst time at the studio and was welcomed right away! The instructor walked me to the reformers and shared with me all the details I need to know about the class! The class itself as a reformer hitt class so 3 rounds of workout set. She did share with me that this is a little different than normal Pilates cause we would flow through the sets quickly. Weights were def heavier than I’m used to but I didn’t mind it. Overall a great class be ready to shake haha!

I always feel like I’m up for more of a challenge and her classes are perfect for those who feel they need an extra push. Amazing instructor and great group of ladies. Lots of fun and if I wasn’t just passing through the area I would make this a regular spot. And I’m sore … which is a good sign !

She has a unique ability to target both small and large muscle groups, making you pay attention to muscles you didn’t even know you had — even down to your toes!
