Would recommend the instructor use the time moving around the room to correct participants' form and provide modification options, as not everyone is able to do the same movements. Also, would be helpful to ask everyone if they have any injuries as the participants arrive. These are just recommendations based on other workouts I've been to.

I was happy to see the size or the sauna was 2-3 person, so it gives you just enough space to lay down, stretch, and do some lymphatic massage. They provide a massage gym which is so nice. I lived they they provided a shower, though that space is all black and a little hard to see in there. I do wish they would provide hair conditioner and a body balm or lotion for after the shower. Some basic skincare products were provided, like rash cleaners, toner, face oil and face moisturizer which was nice. If you have dry hair/skin I’d recommend bringing a conditioner/leave in conditioner and a body lotion to your visit. Next time I wanna do it all, sauna, facial, hair cut. Very cool space!

I never had a massage like that before and I have gotten a ton of massages- I have a monthly membership to hand and stone and have a favorite person there - but Patti still may be one of my favorite massages!
