All about reaching our untapped potential - an amazing message and theme weaved throughout class and the asanas. Lots of level ups and ways to advance but great for all students. I felt so relaxed and in tune with my body at the end of the class, which is definitely a win when you’re usually stressed out. I hope to be able to make this class part of my usual rotation!

I would recommend her to anyone who is planning to take her class.
