Her voice is soothing, her instructions clear and she teaches sequences that leave you feeling relaxed and open. A good class for beginners. It’s gentle and Alexa makes sure to walk around the class checking technique and offering modifications for all levels.

Her playlists are amazing and I love that she makes the class spicy and fun. My only suggestion would be to make the Spicy Sculpt classes a little hotter. I noticed the thermostat was set around 80° and I think 90° would make it even better. Regardless, it’s still a great workout and I always enjoy taking her classes!💘

Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

The workout was definitely challenging, but her cues were clear, smooth, and easy to follow, which made the class feel both effective and enjoyable. The studio itself was clean, beautiful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. First there’s a warm heating pad underneath you the whole time, and you’re covered with a warm blanket. Her technique is gentle and firm at varying times. I loved that she worked on my mid-section and back a lot. On my back she used a small cup to help loosen the tight fascia. She gave me pointers on how to use my own cups better to loosen the fascia on my body. I appreciate her knowledge and technique! Will absolutely be back!!!
