All about reaching our untapped potential - an amazing message and theme weaved throughout class and the asanas. Lots of level ups and ways to advance but great for all students. And her cues and hands on adjustments were so great. Felt so seen and held in a safe space and got a great sweat. Can’t wait to take her class again soon!
