see all reviewsKelly is really a special instructor and I am so grateful for her. The front desk is also kind, smart and very good at accommodating everyone. The classes are well thought out and the environment is beautiful among tree tops. Thank you everyone. I love my classes here. They make a difference in my life.

see all reviewsAs a beginner, I found this class easy to follow because the instructor gave very clear instructions and demonstrated every pose. It was a little more challenging than the gentle yoga classes I’ve taken before, but in a good way. I also liked that she included stretches throughout the class, which felt great for my back. The hold time for each pose was just right, not too short and not too long. I especially appreciated her positive energy and teaching style it made me feel comfortable throughout the class.

see all reviewsOne of the toughest yoga classes in the best way. It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

see all reviewsUnlike any yoga practice I have ever been too. This class focused on internal first. Relaxing the mind and the spirit first, focus on the body secondary. Instructor is incredibly thoughtful, seems wise and very kind.

see all reviewsVery nice instructor!! She went slow enough that if you’re new you don’t get lost but kept the class going where u kept in rhythm! I had questions and the instructor took the time to answer them at the end of the class which was also awesome, overall if you want a place that takes their time and care about their guest this is your spot !

see all reviewsThis studio is absolutely magnificent! I was greeted with hugs by the owners two daughters and their new puppy. It was pure bliss. The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

see all reviewsI absolutely loved Pam’s yoga class! I had already taken a HIIT class earlier in the day, and this was exactly what my body and mind needed. The class focused on stretching, balance, breathing, and learning the fundamentals of yoga in a way that felt peaceful and restorative. I ended up being the only person in class, and Pam made the experience feel so personal. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and easy to follow. She explained each pose, helped me with my form, and created such a calm, welcoming environment. I left feeling more relaxed, refreshed, and excited to continue learning yoga. If you’re new to yoga or looking for a class that helps you slow down and reconnect with yourself, I highly recommend taking a class with Pam! Will def be back!
