Don’t grunt, moan, or make comments to your neighbor. Especially if you make a loud sound with every single exhale the ENTIRE class. It’s deeply uncomfortable. 2. Come dressed properly. I assure you, nobody wants to see you constantly adjusting your falling shorts. If you have drawstrings on them, tie them! You made today’s class weird. I hope this gets to you dude!

In the class I went to, you rotated through about five stations where you did about two exercises per station (one bicep exercise and one back exercise) within 6 minutes before moving on to the next station. Whereas I’m able to lift heavier at home, I had to reduce my weights significantly in order to conserve energy for the next set of exercises. Class energy was good but doesn’t really feel like a class; feels more like a bunch of people going through the same motions on their own. Made for less pressure, which could be a bonus for some.

The class was HARD but so fun — the perfect balance of being challenged while still being able to go at your own pace. Everyone was super nice, the environment was welcoming, and the space is huge. Connor was an awesome instructor, and even though they knew I was just visiting, the team was so attentive and helpful throughout the entire class. Coming from a fitness/group class environment myself, I really appreciated how supportive they were with their clients.
