see all reviewsi never thought barry’s was my thing until i took this class! had a much better time than usual, i loved that she didn’t cue as many specific speeds and just told us to get fast, jog, walk, sprint, etc. (obviously said some but not as much as instructors i’ve had before) which really made me feel like i could do it bc i could pick my pace. thanks for a great class!!

see all reviewsIt was my first time and the facility was really nice, I was able to get a tour and instructions on how the class goes and what to expect, and the instructor was really sweet :) I’m not a runner so I was pretty anxious but didn’t feel pressured to do any of the higher settings and was able to modify things to be more comfortable for me, overall great experience and will be back :)

see all reviewsFirst timer at Barry’s today. I want to say if you’re nervous like me (hadn’t worked out in 2+ years after having my son) don’t be!! The front desk girlies were authentically kind and helpful. Logan is a phenomenal instructor; he balances being supportive and motivating while still challenging you to push past your comfort zone. I also had a few class members tell me “great job” as a newcomer, which I feel speaks volumes about the culture of Barry’s. While it may be perceived as an intimidating space, if you can get past that mental block you will be met with a really great workout within a truly welcoming space. Looking forward to coming back here soon.

see all reviewsI appreciated the easy-to-understand walkthrough before class and the class felt very doable as a first timer! The treadmill speed is a bit of a shock to the system, but otherwise the instructor was clear in her instructions and felt like I was able to keep up with the pace by looking at those next to me for cues. And definitely wear the earplugs!

I felt so relaxed and in tune with my body at the end of the class, which is definitely a win when you’re usually stressed out. I hope to be able to make this class part of my usual rotation!

I felt supported the entire time, and her approach made the class both empowering and enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the space was clean and calming. I’m seriously considering getting a membership—this might be my new go-to spot!

see all reviewsFirst time at South Pas Fitness! The gym is a bit hard to find at first, especially if you’re not familiar with the area, but other than that this gym is 10/10. The staff / manager are very kind and accommodating to help you find it over the phone, direct you to the parking lot, helpful upon check-in, etc. The atmosphere of this gym is AMAZING. The architecture is so different and beautiful. It welcomes & radiates positive energy. Layla was my class instructor and she was very sweet and helpful with demonstrating every pose to the class. 10/10 instructor! The class was a little tough for me personally but a really, really good workout. Side note; this gym also has a very calm / mellow workspace area, sauna, cafe with great menu, & boxing area, which I think are great bonuses. Highly recommended this place.
