Aaron was supportive, created alternatives for those with less experience, and motivated us to keep going (and supported me when I needed to stop). I stand by boxing being one of the best forms of cardio out there and I’ll definitely be coming back.

However, with that said, it can be a little risky for those who are older or not as mobile because you’ll be standing in a puddle of sweat and still moving kettlebells or dumbbells all around (above your head, on your pelvis, around your body, etc.), so that’s just one thing to keep in mind!

There’s a huge emphasis on correct form, which I think is lacking in most other classes. Marc was a great instructor, always encouraging and making sure everyone is doing okay.
