He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. They work fine however I don’t think they are as tall people friendly. The handles you hold onto for support are really low and when you turn to the side on the machine and step that way my knees tend to hit the handlebars.
