This is a great class to start with if youre not very familiar with a reformer. Overall a wonderful experience in a beautiful studio!

see all reviewsWow. Not only was this workout KILLER (burned 600 calories!!) but the people were so so so so nice that I wanted to take them home with me. Katie and her mom were so welcoming, they greeted me and everyone in the class by name and made sure to personally encourage us every minute of the workout. It was a small intimate class-almost personal training. The cycle was hard if you’re not used to moving bikes but it was an awesome challenge. I’m from out of town or this would be my go to gym! CHECK THEM OUT! You won’t be disappointed!!
