    Always love JC’s classes! Good music, good vibes, and he motivates me more than any other instructor. I have been attending his classes regularly and have noticed I burn way more calories (I use an Apple Watch) and my avg power is higher too. Highly recommend!

    Lisa was so great! She gave me extra attention bc I was new and did so in a friendly, welcoming manner. The class was great for both a workout and a nice stretch. This is a great class to start with if youre not very familiar with a reformer. Overall a wonderful experience in a beautiful studio!

    This was an awesome workout. I am 100% going to be sore tomorrow. Amy kept us moving and I feel like we really used the whole 50 minutes, but was approachable with any questions. It was also pretty easy to pick up the TRX activities for the most part. My favorite part: her playlist was AMAZING. I honestly want to download it for my Spotify. Will definitely use this as an addition to my typical workout regimen.

    Wow. Not only was this workout KILLER (burned 600 calories!!) but the people were so so so so nice that I wanted to take them home with me. Katie and her mom were so welcoming, they greeted me and everyone in the class by name and made sure to personally encourage us every minute of the workout. It was a small intimate class-almost personal training. The cycle was hard if you’re not used to moving bikes but it was an awesome challenge. I’m from out of town or this would be my go to gym! CHECK THEM OUT! You won’t be disappointed!!
