    First truly hot yoga in a long time…and it was challenging, as expected. The studio is super clean and organized and it’s easy to get in to class and get set up (unlike some places with a traffic jam around the locker/cubby area) and super helpful front desk. A lot of the coaches are great but in my personal experience I feel like you have to find your coach in order for you to really enjoy the workout & she is also really good at modifying if you’re struggling.     I loved the energy! It’s beginner friendly and very clean. I love how they give you a cool towel with some aroma therapy going on at the very end to calm the body. It’s hot, it’s fun, and it gets very sweaty. I would recommend using the hand towels they offer at the front to prevent from slipping from the mat.

    Adam is an amazing instructor and his class is perfect for beginners. He was very thorough in his instructions and patient as we learned the holds and lifts—correcting when needed and congratulating enthusiastically when we got it right. This was a very motivating first-time experience. I’ve heard that the most common reason people don’t go to a gym is not knowing how to use the equipment or fear of doing the exercises incorrectly. Adam helped remove that obstacle! I highly recommend this gym and this instructor if you are interested in cross fit and don’t know how to start.

It was my first CycleBar class back after over a year and it was great - super dim lighting made me feel comfortable, no scoreboard, instructor was a good combo of kind, energetic and motivational, and they even had some bagels out for us for this class :) I also went with a slightly sore lower back and had to take it a bit easier, but still worked up a sweat.
