As someone who's a bit out of shape, the class was definitely challenging, but Tiffany's encouragement and support really helped me power through. I appreciated how she took the time to offer assistance when needed, making sure I could keep up and still get a great workout. I’m definitely planning on coming back! Her positive energy made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I was so nervous and tired but Chancey and Kayla made me feel so welcome they truly encouraged and helped me so much and Chancey could tell when I was struggling she came over and showed me the right way to do it. It was my first time and it’s not easy but even afterwards they encouraged and affirmed me. Very supportive and kind environment, honestly would come back just for them but the barre was good too - it hits every muscle!
