It was still a great workout with fun music (Happy iPod Day with early 2000’s hits). Courtney was so sweet and welcoming and rolled with her mic’s technical difficulties smoothly. Throughout the class she was correcting my poses or giving me better ways to sink into poses. I have been out of practice for a decade, and my body is very different from before so it was super helpful to be able to get the deep stretches with the minor adjustments she was giving me. I definitely recommend going to her. Best yoga class I've ever had.

see all reviewsSigned up for West Coast swing, but the schedule hadn’t been updated for this month and it was actually Salsa night. One of the instructors (?), Sabryna, let me stay anyway. Irene taught the beginner class and did a wonderful job. We spent the class working in several variations on a turn. She gave clear instructions and tips to get it right. She did a good job at not making you feel too embarrassed either. All the students were friendly and I think I spoke to a couple other guys that maybe work there that were also very kind! All around, it was a really nice first experience!
