    Beginner/ Intermediate Reformer Solates Class

What a fantastic intro to reformer pilates. Anna was the kindest instructor and was so detailed in her explanations of the routine that it felt completely seamless and the hour blew by. Totally worth it and look forward to coming by again.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

This was such a great class! I think I have to come back to this location when it’s colder outside because - I know it is supposed to be heated - but the last couple times I went it was beyond too hot. I am not sure if it has to do with the air flow/ ventilation but about halfway through I felt like I could barely continue. And Josiah had a great class plan that was so much fun with great choreography!! Somehow in Studio City it is not as extreme.

Scott's Class is in NORTH WEDDINGTON PARK... by the handball court... I was initially so confused bc he has the location wrong on class pass. I just finished his class and he kicked my butt. He is so engaged with his clients and you can tell they've been with him for a while. I would recommend this class, in the class I took we did dynamic stretches, drills, games and then static stretches...

    Yoga in the Park

It is a great class for anyone who wants to find more grounding and core. Embraced by mama nature and under Alex’s guidance on the yoga sequence, I find my flow and alignment again. Alex is very knowledgeable, hands-on and has clear direction when she teaches. She makes you feel included and cared for. She also toss a little delight in the end with beautiful singing bowls made of minerals and gem stones. It’s the perfect interplay between movement and stillness. Alex radiates beautiful light in her aura and thank you for a wonderful morning sesh!
