Yin - 60 min
see all reviewsIt was kind of hard to hear the instructor, I wish they’d use a microphone or turn the music down because it sounded like she had some interesting things to say. Mollie was friendly. I wish we did more neck/shoulder stretches. The music was kind of depressing at times, I’ve noticed this in other classes too. I get the vibe they’re trying to create but there is more positive/upbeat yoga music too. I like how the blocks are sturdy

If you're looking for a studio with classes that are as challenging as they are fun… Vinyasa Flow 2/3
see all reviewsInteresting class. It was definitely challenging but mainly because poses were held for so long. It was an extremely slow flow. There wasn’t much as far as learning advanced poses but I liked how he left room for people to explore what they wanted. He had a nice calm and accepting energy. The other advanced classes I’ve taken at this studio were a totally different vibe so I think it’s nice to try both.

see all reviewsThis class is my weekly retreat and release! Nothing better than Tianna’s sweat then sweet flow (except maybe her hugs! She gives the best hugs!) but seriously: if you want to challenge yourself internally but come out of class feeling just a little more healed, a little more like the authentic you, then you’ll love it. It’s not a traditional vinyasa the whole time, read the description. But to me it’s better. And the space feels so inclusive and safe and inspiring!

see all reviewsSuper friendly instructor and she stayed to chat with me to meet me which was really nice. The pace was great for the flow and restore class, as I was just getting back into yoga again and needed to get used to the hot room. It was seriously hot. I sweat a lot, which is great. Don’t forget to bring your own towel. Anyone new to hot yoga should know not to be afraid to take breaks when you need it. The darkened room with candles helps.. All in all, great small friendly studio in my neighborhood and I’ll be back.

see all reviewsThis was such a great class! I think I have to come back to this location when it’s colder outside because - I know it is supposed to be heated - but the last couple times I went it was beyond too hot. I am not sure if it has to do with the air flow/ ventilation but about halfway through I felt like I could barely continue. And Josiah had a great class plan that was so much fun with great choreography!! Somehow in Studio City it is not as extreme.

see all reviewsIt is a great class for anyone who wants to find more grounding and core. Embraced by mama nature and under Alex’s guidance on the yoga sequence, I find my flow and alignment again. Alex is very knowledgeable, hands-on and has clear direction when she teaches. She makes you feel included and cared for. She also toss a little delight in the end with beautiful singing bowls made of minerals and gem stones. It’s the perfect interplay between movement and stillness. Alex radiates beautiful light in her aura and thank you for a wonderful morning sesh!
