As usual, both the reception person and instructor were friendly and welcomed me back. The outstanding instructor led a variety of exercises that strengthen upper and lower body and core, offering modifications. It’s a great conversation starter with business contacts to share that you take fitness classes led by professional dance instructors in a former brewery. Mess Method is a jewel of the Hoboken landscape.

She is so encouraging and attentive. She gives a challenging class that encourages people to push themselves, but also reminds us to listen to our bodies and give ourselves grace.
