    Angela was a great instructor. As a first timer, she made me feel welcome. She offered supportive guidance that empowered me to push myself at each station. The class was the perfect amount of challenging. I’ve been looking for a class that’s more strength training focused and this seems like the perfect fit. Will be coming back!
