Her flows are incredibly challenging yet they’re sequenced so well that you feel like you can close your eyes and flow through them with ease. I really love the little battery operated candles that she places all around the room. They really add to the atmosphere and help set the tone for class. I appreciate her teaching style as well, she’s super personable and inviting. I truly wish she taught at the Hillcrest location regularly!

I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!
