You must attend at least one of her classes. you don't encounter an instructor like her that often. if you want to do deep stretches then this is the right class for you. you can't stretch properly if you'll only stretching for 5 seconds. this class is not like that.

She offered regressions for more challenging moves and instructed clients to add just their springs throughout class to meet them where they were at physically.
