It’s challenging enough to feel your muscles working and break a sweat, but always feels safe and tailored to your needs. Stephanie is a qualified physiotherapist, and her knowledge really shines through. She carefully corrects posture and checks in to make sure you're moving safely, especially if you're dealing with pelvic or back pain. Class sizes are small, so you get lots of personal attention. I’ve already noticed a big difference in my pelvic discomfort thanks to her sessions. If you're pregnant or a new mom looking for a thoughtful, strengthening workout, I can’t recommend this class enough. Stephanie is a gem and more people should know about this class!
