    Class was AMAZING! My first Barry’s in NYC post-Covid and it was awesome. I agree with other reviewers that the studio is a bit small, but it didn’t impact me and I just used the mirrors if I was ever lost. Josiah had great energy and great music!

    Body Camp: STRENGTH [IN-STUDIO ONLY]

    Love this studio. Dynamic warm up. Class today used kettlebells, sandbags and bodyweight strength movements and featured multiple rotating stations. Instructor was great and offered encouragement and correction to form.

    You run however long you want in 45 minutes and meet everyone back at the cafe for coffee/snacks. Great way to get a workout and socialising in! They also do other night workouts on Mondays and Thursdays that are more structured.
