    Bar Method

Omg today’s class has been one of the most challenging classes so far. Erica is one of my favorite instructors across all my workouts and she really knows how to pack in so much in one class - I feel so strong!

Really enjoyed the class! Greer, the instructor, was so nice and offered many modifications. Maria at the front desk was also very nice and welcoming! Had a great experience and would go back. Note: you can do this class either barefoot or with grip socks.

Amazing class, Mikayla was thorough with their explanations of each move and went around the room correcting form which I found to be very helpful. I have tried out Classic and Align classes at Pure Barre before which I liked, but this class stood out for me because we were able to use a heavier set of weights and had more of an emphasis on upper body which you don’t really find in most barre/pilates classes. I will definitely be adding this to my rotation at least for the month of December.

Emily is a phenomenal instructor, very attuned to alignment and she gave spot on verbal adjustments throughout. The pace of the class was perfect and hit all the major areas for a full and balanced Pilates workout. Makes sense as she’s a former ballet dancer and grew up with Pilates. Great playlist and lovely vibe, in general. Hugely recommended. A1
