Rumble Training 50 mins - NY
see all reviewsWas my first time here, and I really liked it! Great instructor, good energy and beat drops synced with pushes. It’s similar to Barry’s in how it’s formatted, but the technology is more advanced (displays exercises & timer on screen and fancier treadmill). I would say Barry’s has a better strength component though, but overall would recommend this class!

see all reviewsDale is amazing! Not every instructor remembers names or actively corrects form throughout the whole class. (I’ve taken classes with most instructors and think Dale, Eric and Renee are all super great about that!) I felt very safe in Dale’s class because he would constantly help me make minor adjustments to perfect form / prevent injury. Highly recommend him!

see all reviewsAlways a great class! Good mix of cardio and strength training and perfect all levels. You can really go at your own pace and modify when needed. The only party that could be changed is the rough ground. Wish there were mats when we’re doing planks because it definitely hurts my hands. Definitely coming back!

see all reviewsGreat full body workout using dumbbells and bodyweight. Class consisted of 3 circuits, each circuit had 5 workouts-3 strength, 1 cardio and 1 core (done three times through). Expect to do squats, lunges, planks, tricep extensions, bicep curls, jumping jacks, skiers etc.

see all reviewsHonestly this is my favorite class at Bodyrok! It’s the only megaformer class I can find in NYC to incorporate the jump board, which I really takes the workout up a notch. My only gripe with BodyRok in general is that there aren’t as many instructions on form, but Kristen was an exception. Having had rotator cuff surgery and tears in both shoulders, I really appreciated the options offered to modify each position to what works best for my body. Great class!

see all reviewsI love lagree classes and I run regularly, so this is the best of both worlds for me. I get more strength training from the megaformer portion than Dash Strength @ MHRC. // FYI: Like Barry’s, the instructor coaches both tread + megaformer simultaneously, so they’ll be talking the whole time. I liked the distraction but I know some people won’t.

see all reviewsLove this class so much. Always an organized and effective program. Class today was 2 circuits, each one had 4 workouts done a total of 3 times, then had a 4 min AMRAP finisher. Full body workout with dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags and bodyweight. Instructor is amazing and gives clear instructions on and corrections to form.

see all reviewsThis was SO nice. A very gentle but challenging Pilates class. There were only 3 of us but it felt right because the room wasn’t all that big and it was dimly lit anyways. This instructor was really clear on her instructions and gave adjustments as needed. This would be a great workout to focus on breathing and strength. And the space is incredible— a luxurious workout, if there ever was one.
