    SCULPT Full Body

Hardest core workout I’ve ever done with muscle-shaking variations I’ve never heard of before. I didn’t exactly enjoy it, but I definitely needed it to show me where I need to get strong. I don’t think you could go to a BodyRok regularly and not get toned.

    SCULPT Full Body

Great class, super challenging. This studio is always very very humid and quite hot though. I was next to the thermostat and the temperature was 75 when class started and 77 when it ended. Way too hot on a muggy day like this.

    Reformer Level II

I really enjoyed Angeline's class. I took her open level class before and she was really tough so I was scared level 2 would be way too advanced for me. I'm comfortable enough with pilates but every instructor is different. She gave great modifications and I always learn new moves when I take her class. I also appreciated that she used props and not just the basic reformer exercises. I'll be back! I used to only go to Marina but now Angeline and Marina are my go to's.

    FlexIR: Infrared Pilates Mat

Good class and very welcoming and sweet teacher. I do wish this was a little more classical Pilates with emphasis on alignment and form. I felt some burn but wouldve liked to get deeper into muscles at times rather than spend time on cardio bursts. Ill def try class again though. Nice clean open space.

    be-ginner- GYROTONIC Tower Class

Chie is the best. She pays attention to form and gives helpful energetic assists to ensure you're working the right places. Gyrotonic is a subtle workout, so the proper form matters. You don't feel the burn in class, but if you're not using proper form you won't be working the right muscles.

    CHAISE Cardio

The hardest Chaise class Ive ever taken - and one of the hardest workout classes Ive ever taken. I was dripping more sweat than I do in a hot yoga class. Tara will whip you into shape and her class will fly by. Shes great with form adjustments too.

    Pilates Machine Class

I really liked Antonios energy and corrections. He added a few gyrokinesis moves into the class which were fun, and it was a pretty well-rounded workout. It was a great class although it was easier and slower paced then some I have taken.

    Pilates Machine Class'

Overall good exercises and sequence but I wouldve liked it better if Shareal had given more cues about breath or alignment or imagery about how to do the exercises. Just counting (sometimes too quickly for the time it took for some in the class to actually do the exercise) and saying the exercises isnt really teaching. I also wouldve preferred to use the springs on the Cadillac instead of just doing mat exercises for the glute sequence.

    Pilates for Back Pain

Kim was amazing! She explained each move with a lot of detail and came over and helped correct me so that I was working in the right way. She also gave lots of modifications to accommodate my injuries. I look forward to taking this class again.

    Piloxing

Michelle's class is my favorite! Not only can I see the difference in my body and how I feel, but so can others! Good music, full body toning and cardio workout- I recommend renting the gloves it feels good when having a little resistance as you do the moves. I actually bought a pair bc I love how my arms started to feel afterwards. Amazing results, amazing energy and great instructor. Michelle always has a modification and works with you to get the best form and get the most of it! Definitely give it a shot!
