see all reviewsCandice is amazing!!!! I have taken several HB classes at BNL now and hers was by far my favorite. Her instructions and choreography were clear, music was great and loud but not overpowering, and it was the perfect amount of motivation. Will definitely take more of her classes.

Class was difficult, but not impossible and the great thing is you can modify to your own level. Masks were worn. I’m still not 100% comfortable with sharing machines/weights with covid rates rising, but class itself is amazing. Greg deserves a lot of credit for his playlist and ability to flawlessly teach basically two classes at one time.

see all reviewsThis barre was AMAZING—by far one of the hardest ones I’ve taken in Greater Boston. The instructor pushed me while giving helpful corrections and providing encouragement and support. I will definitely be coming back!! My only notes are—the studio was incredibly hot while I was there. Every part of my body was leaving sweat marks on the floor and mat. There also isn’t much of a focus on stretching/flexibility—but that’s not a problem if you stretch on your own.

see all reviewsI love Gianna and her yoga classes. When I imagine power yoga, I imagine it moving a little faster, but hers includes a bit more stretching in the beginning, then ramps up in speed, then slows down nicely. She is wonderful with assists and cues as well.

see all reviewsI attended the Core & Cardio session. The gym is in a locked building but the concierge lets you in immediately and will direct you to the gym in the basement. There is no water fountain so bring enough water, you will need it. There was a 90 minute boot camp before this class and about half a dozen people stayed for the next class which is meant to illustrate there’s a lot of enthusiasm for the work going on here. As far as Core & Cardio it was 3 sets of 12 minute AMRAPs with 4 circuits each. There were some short runs included in each set. I was thoroughly exhausted by the end, and I am *feeling it* today (very sore).
