    Alicia’s classes are the ones you seek when you want to feel powerful and confident. I love that the classes are small to get personalized attention to correct form, motivate you to up your weights, or just generally boost your confidence. Doesn’t hurt that the playlists are always top notch. Highly recommend.

    Awesome class! Michael is a great instructor, always welcoming and motivating. He demonstrates each exercise, gives feedback and corrects form if needed. Today’s class consisted of an amrap workout (multiple exercises) with a pyramid finisher. I enjoyed the class a lot!

    Teacher was super knowledgeable. Kept cueing through all the exercises, so I didn’t dread the hard ones! She automatically gave modifications for every exercise which I appreciated, bc I knew how to modify if I started to get tired.
