see all reviewsWhat a fabulous way to start off the weekend! This class started with dimmed lighting and easier poses. She then turned on some lights as we moved into more active poses. It was the perfect flow from start to end. Having those warm up poses really set me up for success and I was able to really enjoy the active flows because my body felt much more flexible and charged up. I definitely recommend trying out this class, you will thank yourself (and Gina!) for it! :)

see all reviewsMary was an amazing instructor! I’ll definitely be returning to this class, it was perfect for a Monday relaxation sesh! The only thing I wish they had was a mirror wall, I typically like to watch myself and make sure my poses are correct, it also makes it easier to see the instructor.
