see all reviewsThis was my fourth or fifth Wednesday night class with Taunya and I just love it! I’ve learned so much! She uses essential oils, and I’ve fallen in love with the ylang ylang one. She also incorporates props in ways I never have thought of. I’m considering getting some ylang ylang essential oil and a sandbag to elevate my yoga practices I do before bed! If you’re thinking about taking this class I highly recommend it. It’s the perfect mix of yin and restorative yoga!

The only thing I wish they had was a mirror wall, I typically like to watch myself and make sure my poses are correct, it also makes it easier to see the instructor.
