I will say, for the first time, you may need to watch the instructor to understand but once you get the hang of it, it is so fun to jump around. Sort of like the Tracey Anderson classes I see on Tiktok ;)

Very high intensity but also equally welcoming. My only ding would be how dusty/slippery the floor was and the lack of Latin hits given then Cinco De Mayo theme but, neither of those are enough to keep me from coming back!

It comes across as borderline arrogant. If someone could please address this. I have limited my frequency of coming because of this. Again the instructors are amazing.

I would recommend this class to beginners and professionals! Ha. All levels welcomed . I would consider myself a beginner in yoga but have taken many Pilates classes, if that says anything. Everything was thoroughly explained in a way that was easy to understand. But the class still moved fast enough as to not slow the group as a whole . I am very very impressed and relieved about my experience. And the prices are very fair. Highly HIGHLY recommend !!!!

I love the hero board as it is a different type of challenge and workout. The cardio burst in the middle is always killer and gets my heart rate up. The space is gorgeous and so clean! see all reviewsI’m beginning to love Pilates! I went to an intro class and then this 50 minute 1.5 cardio class. It’s typically not for beginners, but the instructor took her time to check in and offer modifications. I love how it feels like your not working out but then feel the burn for the next few days. Having your core supported takes tension off your spine allowing you to focus on the particular targeted muscles.
