    SOOOO BUSY. they always ram this class, if you dont get there 10 minutes before you wont get a spot with your friend. Rory is awesome but there were a couple moves I definitely couldnt do due to low flexibility. Not much modification given

    I really enjoy the slower pace of this class and the focus on proper stretching, breathing, and technique. The instructor has a very positive, yet calming energy and is attentive to each person in the class. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something slower and Pilates/yoga inspired.

    I really liked the instructor, the music and also the length of the class. There was a bit too much choreo for my liking, but I wonder if this is because there are no weights. Also, the cold towel post ride was such a delight!
