I loved the class. Kalyan is very attentive to the proper worm and technique. I definitely felt my abdominal and hip muscles being engaged.

    S2S Pilates Reformer

Very small class (six people) and perfect for beginners! Brittany took her time with everyone to make sure we were all doing the correct workout with proper form and even offered modifications for those with injuries. The focus was on slow and controlled motions to really work the muscles while also protecting our body from hurting itself. I will say I didn’t feel as challenged as I do at other Pilates studios, so this is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to do a more relaxing Pilates workout. P.S. I took this class after working 13 hours on night shift so this was just what I needed; nothing too intense but still a good workout!

IM=X® Pilates Xercizer - All Levels

Very welcoming as a first-timer at this studio. Kerri asked if I’ve done reformer Pilates before and although I have, she gave me a run down of their equipment to make sure I was familiar with their setup. She was an amazing instructor and very clear with her instructions. 90% of the time when I’m at a new studio, I’m looking around at other people to see if I’m doing something right, but I didn’t do that here. She also gave lots of cues to make sure we were breathing correctly and in the right position. Very good class for beginners as she gave ample modifications for everyone!

    Bar Method

This was the first time ever taking a barre class although I have experience in yoga, Pilates, and weightlifting. It was still challenging for me! Khristianne was super helpful with correcting my form while also giving encouraging words the entire time. I liked that we kept to the beat of the music playing as well. I will be back!

Incredibly challenging but I enjoyed the class! Everyone is welcoming and if you modify movements no one cares as long as you’re trying your best!
