    Great class. Amanda is one of my favorites in this location. The playlist is good, her style is very motivating. I like when the instructor is willing to demonstrate and lead it with the class. That effort has some magic domino effect to affect everyone. The class is overall challenging in a good way.

    Great sweaty workout in barely 45 minutes. I worked much harder on this class than I have in hour long or 75 minute classes. It really lives along. Physique 57 is noticeably better than most barre studios in center city Philly.

    The Basics

    The General is an awesome instructor ! He’s very meticulous and he focused heavily on form and technique during “The Essentials” class, which I loved and haven’t quite found at any other boxing gym in the city….and believe me I’ve tried them all. This place is a hidden gem! The classes are intimate, about 8-10 people per class and you get a lot of individualized attention which is amazing! I will definitely be back soon!

    The instructor was able to spend time with everyone in the class to make sure they could follow the routine and spend time showing everyone the proper form.     Ive had Shannon, Leroy, Juliet, and Mackie and they are all terrific! Unite makes you feel like a badass and just when you think youve lost all your energy, class is over! I will say I think you need a baseline amount of spin or treadmill experience though.
