    Gretchen is my favorite instructor here. She makes every class fun and upbeat. She also pushes me to challenge myself. She brought a prize for a trivia question and is always doing little thoughtful things that make the class better. Her music choices for spin are awesome!

    The instructor was so kind and accommodating. She noticed when we were struggling and offered adaptations as needed. It was a small class, so it had a laid back feeling and was a great way to start my morning. That by no means meant it was easy! I think I kept up ok for my first time, but I certainly felt it the next day! The shower was spacious and clean, there were books to look at, and little kind bars by the door to grab on your way out. Little touches like that indicates the owner put a lot of thought into making it a welcoming space.
