see all reviewsI recently started taking Y7 afters 10+ yeas of living in nyc and taking other workout classes …Rumble, Soulcycle, Barre, solidcore ….. I am so happy. I finally started taking these classes. This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. It’s really a great way to clear your head but getting great workout. The studios fantastic. I can’t wait to take more classes.

see all reviewsAwesome class. Class size is perfect for an intensive and personalised work out. Luis brings great energy and takes the time to correct or adapt individuals work outs so you really get the most out of it. Final community style work out is good motivation to go for the final push. Nice big showers with malin & goetz products also.

see all reviewsThis is not a standard yoga class. And that is a good thing. It is mostly a breathing and meditation class. If you want a regular posing or even restorative class, this is not it. But Rich is truly an expert at the breathing techniques that he teaches. You spend the first half of the class working on stretching your body using tension and body weight, and working on breathing. Breathing technique is in a diaphragmatic style, which can be quite tough to do in the beginning, but if you do your best to keep at it, it ends up being an extremely effective way of releasing tension. After stretching and breathing, the rest of the class is a deep calming form of guided meditation, using music, all done with the headphones provided. This is where the breathing and stretching come together to put you in a state of flow, giving yourself space for a very different and profound meditative state and experience. If you are open-minded and walk in with an open heart, you will have a very special hour, surrounded by people who are also working on bringing their best self. Just go and show up with your real self, no pretense, and you will have a wonderful experience.

see all reviewsKatie is an incredible instructor! She teaches a great yin class with lots of heart and hip openers that I really enjoyed and felt much more open at the end of class. She is also a reiki master and she incorporated that into the class in a way that was totally cleansing and left me feeling very free. I can’t say enough good things about her class!
