    SLT Tread - Full Body

    As a regular SLT’er but first time Tread’er I didn’t know what to expect but Adam was a super clear, supportive, and fun instructor - high energy in the best way! I really enjoyed how the treadmill section got my heart rate up and the reformer helped to strengthen those muscles - highly recommend giving Tread a go. My only complaint is they didn’t turn the fans on and it got so sweaty it was hard to breathe in a humid room!

    Body Camp: STRENGTH [IN-STUDIO ONLY]

    Love this class so much. Always an organized and effective program. Class today was 2 circuits, each one had 4 workouts done a total of 3 times, then had a 4 min AMRAP finisher. Full body workout with dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags and bodyweight. Instructor is amazing and gives clear instructions on and corrections to form.

    Immersive Pod Hike + Sound Yoga

    VR treadmill experience was interesting but Derek’s sound meditation and yoga was the real highlight for me. The yoga was just simple asanas and more of a “stretching” to prepare to relax in the sound meditation but it was just what I needed.
