see all reviewsThis was a great HIIT class, very unique with their treadmills and definitely got a good workout. Roger placed lot of emphasis on form and doing the exercises correctly, giving really thorough explanations for everything, which I really appreciate. The treadmill experience was different from any other class I’ve taken, and was very cool how it could be used in multiple ways- for running on different kinds of terrains, and even as a sled push. Will be back!

see all reviewsYou run however long you want in 45 minutes and meet everyone back at the cafe for coffee/snacks. Great way to get a workout and socialising in! They also do other night workouts on Mondays and Thursdays that are more structured.
