    Awesome class! Loved the instructor, music, pacing, and the mile challenge was a fun bonus. Also, the front desk staff was the nicest I’ve encountered so far at this studio (previously, they’ve been pretty short and not super friendly). Thanks for a great experience!

    Roam HIIT

    This was a great HIIT class, very unique with their treadmills and definitely got a good workout. Roger placed lot of emphasis on form and doing the exercises correctly, giving really thorough explanations for everything, which I really appreciate. The treadmill experience was different from any other class I’ve taken, and was very cool how it could be used in multiple ways- for running on different kinds of terrains, and even as a sled push. Will be back!
